Maintenance Requests and/or Updates

This form does not accept maintenance requests. If you call the office about maintenance, you will be transferred to the Maintenance Department (785-307-3040).

For all other tenant requests, please review the following before submitting:

  • If you call the office regarding any request or question, you will be directed to use this form.
  • This form is for tenant requests only. Submission does not guarantee approval or action.
  • You will receive a status update — not a final resolution — within 2 business days.
  • Do not proceed with any action related to this request until you have received written approval from NextHome Unlimited. Action taken without written approval is considered a violation of your lease agreement.
  • All agreements must be documented in writing and signed by both you and NextHome Unlimited to be valid.
  • All communication regarding this submission will occur via email.
